iSyslog opens log sessions shared from apps built with iSyslogKit, the free, open-source in-app log console for iOS developers. When a tester runs into a bug, they tap Share in the app's log console and send the session by AirDrop, Mail or Messages. Open it in iSyslog and see exactly what happened: every message with its severity, subsystem and category, plus the app build, device and OS it came from. FEATURES • A built-in guide to using iSyslog and adding iSyslogKit to your app" • Severity at a glance: a chart and counts for faults, errors, notices, info and debug messages • Zero in on problems: show only errors and faults with one tap • Search across messages, subsystems and categories • Filter by subsystem, and hide Apple framework messages • Session info: app version and build, device model, OS version and time span • A library of every session you've received • Designed for iPhone, iPad and iPhone Duo, in light and Dark Mode • Includes a sample session, so you can explore right away FOR DEVELOPERS Add iSyslogKit to your app with Swift Package Manager: github.com/nyisztor/iSyslogKit. It captures your app's Logger and os_log messages and print output in Debug and TestFlight builds, gives testers an in-app log console, and lets them share sessions with one tap. It uses public APIs only, and captures nothing in App Store builds by default. PRIVACY iSyslog doesn't collect any data. Sessions you open stay on your device until you delete them.
