EW Pass connects employees to their organization’s identity and workplace services. An existing company-issued account and organization authorization are required. • View your HR-linked employee card and personal business card • Edit personal contact details and share selected card information by QR • Record attendance and view work status under company policy • Review documents from the connected Sign service and approve signing using device user verification • Manage supported mail, signature and attendance notifications by category • Upload a profile photo and optionally use the AI profile studio where company policy permits Features depend on your organization’s integrations, permissions and policies. Switching organizations requires a valid account and access for each organization. Previously saved personal cards can be viewed offline within their validity period; attendance and signing require an online connection. Camera, location and notification access is requested for the relevant features. Biometrics or permitted device passcode verification is handled by the operating system. EW Pass is not a government identity document or a government-accredited certificate, and displaying an employee card does not itself grant physical access.
