Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MobApp Shop at 5.0 against Extreme Couponing's 3.1. MobApp Shop also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Extreme Couponing's advantage is ratings volume (32 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.5 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.
