Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Nokta at none against Papers.co Wallpaper's 3. Nokta also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 91%). Papers.co Wallpaper's advantage is ratings volume (2.9K vs 1) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
