Time and staff ledger reporting happens automatically, and anyone who is checked in at the location can pull up the staff ledger right in the app if Skatteverket pays a visit. Mobitid Time Clock is an enterprise solution designed for employees of organizations that have licensed this service. Access to the app is restricted to users with valid corporate credentials provided by their employer. For private users there is a limited free tier for simple time reporting. To use the full features of the app, the credentials must come from your employer.
