Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Webscorer Race Timer at 96% against Mobile Timing's 50%. Webscorer Race Timer also leads on rating (4.7 vs 3.0) and ratings volume (133 vs 2). Mobile Timing's advantage is monetization model (free vs freemium) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
