My Containers is easy to keep up to date because it is very easy to move or copy items from one container to another or even rearrange items within a container. In addition, each item that you are tracking can be associated with one or more categories and one or more attributes or groups of attributes. The names of the categories and attributes are completely flexible and can be easily customized to fit almost any specific need. Currently, the value of an attribute can be a text string, a numeric value (with our without a numeric units description), a date, an image, or one of a set of related types (e.g. a specific color from a user defined set of colors). If desired, the complete container/item hierarchy can be imported from or exported to an XML file for backup purposes or exchanging with other iOS devices through eMail or iTunes Application File Sharing.
