Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: CCtalk at 44% against 百度贴吧's 20%. 百度贴吧's advantage is rating (3.1 vs 2.8) and ratings volume (5.2K vs 116). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. 百度贴吧 sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and CCtalk sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
百度贴吧 holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 百度贴吧 has 5.2K ratings behind it against 116, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of 百度贴吧's written reviews are positive against 44% of CCtalk's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
百度贴吧 ships an update fortnightly, CCtalk every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 1, 2026.
