Le informazioni si divideranno tra quelle di contenuto prettamente scientifico, come ad es.: titolo del congresso, recapiti della Segreteria Scientifica e/o Organizzativa, nome e titoli dell’organizzatore o della Società Scientifica e/o del Provider ECM/CME e non, dei, o del responsabile scientifico, dei relatori e moderatori, il programma scientifico, (con gli orari) le sessioni satelliti, le letture, le comunicazioni, i poster scientifici e le informazioni utili ed attinenti. Quelle a carattere logistico, come ad es.: date ed orario di inizio, durata e fine dell’evento, indirizzo della sede del convegno/congresso scientifico, degli Hotel e della ristorazione, titoli di viaggio, distanze e tipi di trasporti disponibili (e relativi orari) da e per la sede congressuale, eventuali alberghi e cene comprese nell’ospitalità (offerta dall’Azienda Sponsor) e le mappe relative, informazioni meteo e time zone.
