Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: T at 4.3 against ECHL's 2.6. T also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months) and review sentiment (33% vs 18%). ECHL's advantage is ratings volume (94 vs 12) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
