Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Caostica at 100% against RTVE Play's 55%. Caostica also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). RTVE Play's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
