Although reading and spelling are closely related, yet learning to spell is a different process for the brain than learning to read. For at spelling everything is about putting letters in the right order. Super Spelling helps kids aged 4 and up to learn how to spell. If you're an adult, you can learn as well of course! Super Spelling teaches how to spell over 400 words. Start out easy with three and four letter words. As the game progresses, things become more challenging. Earn rewards like medals and stars for correctly spelled words. Use these achievements to unlock fun mini-games, like Match Two and Wordsearch. The purpose of the game is to learn spelling by dragging letters into the right position below the image. Super Spelling helps in various ways. Use phonics or set letter- and colorhelp corresponding to your own level. Super Spelling is a great way to prepare kids for K-12/P-12 and is the ideal companion for the first years in primary education. That’s why Super Spelling is used by teachers in elementary schools as well as parents who homeschool. For everybody who needs some extra spelling practice or anyone who likes to play with language and spelling, Super Spelling is a fun app to use at home or in school. Some kids can just look at a word and remember it. For others (like in our family), spelling can be an exhausting chore that doesn't come naturally. Spelling Cue was built for those students with dyslexic tendencies - design to level the playing field and unlock their full literacy potential. Using Spelling Cue as a study aid, words are presented to students with visual and audio cues that go beyond plain text words. Our hope is that students that use Spelling Cue walk into their spelling tests fully prepared with the confidence to succeed. UPLOAD YOUR SPELLING LIST VIA CAMERA OR TYPE IT You get started by simply taking a photo of your student's spelling list. No worksheet handy? Just type them directly into the app. A CHEAT SHEET THAT MAKES SENSE Instead of a random column of words, Spelling Cue groups them by the sound they share — oo, ou, oi, oy, au, aw and more — picks out the tricky part in color, and gives each word a memory tip your child can hold onto. If your student prefers physical paper then export and print the Cheat Sheet via the app, and Spelling Cue exports the full spelling list with practice sheets ready for tracing the words and learning through hand-written repetition. PRACTICE TESTS WITH LISTEN AND SPELL Text-to-voice reads each word aloud — the same on every device. Choose your voice style and replay speed that best fits your student's ears. Slow it down, check the spelling so far, move back and forth through the list, and hear a little chime for every word they get right. Small wins, out loud. BUILT FOR DYSLEXIC READERS, NOT RETROFITTED Lexend and OpenDyslexic fonts, wide letter spacing, calm color themes and large-text options — all one tap away in Settings, so you can match what works for your reader. EVERY CHILD, THEIR OWN PROGRESS Parents and tutors can keep a separate profile for each child, see which words are mastered and which need another go, and hand a student's lists and results to another device by Messages, Mail or AirDrop. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No accounts. No ads. No analytics. Everything stays on your device — because a child's spelling practice is nobody else's business. SPELLING CUE PLUS The free version gives you one student, one typed list with max 10 words, the virtual cheat sheet, and practice — genuinely free, no ads. Spelling Cue Plus adds unlimited students, unlimited spelling lists, photo scanning and upload, print-ready cheat sheet and practice test export, and practice history for $19.99 a year or $2.99 a month, each after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. A NOTE FOR FAMILIES Spelling Cue is a study tool, not a treatment or a diagnosis. It draws on common structured-literacy ideas, but it has not been reviewed, certified, or endorsed by any reading specialist, clinician, or professional body, and it isn't a substitute for assessment or instruction from a qualified specialist. Every child learns differently — if you have concerns about your child's reading, please talk to a teacher, educational psychologist, or certified reading specialist.
