Formi is a wellness tracker for workout routines, diet-style meal planning, focus or study sessions, and daily review. Plan gym, cardio, HIIT, circuit, and race-prep workouts. Start planned sessions, log unplanned workouts, use rest timers, and review history, summaries, and personal records. Build meal plans, track planned and unplanned meals, save reusable foods or meals, and keep nutrition simple without turning every meal into a spreadsheet. Use focus, meditation, reading, study, breathing, and Pomodoro-style timers. Then review your day with calendar views, check-ins, notes, body metrics, sleep, mood, energy, fasting, and optional period tracking.
