Mike is a master HVAC technician who lives in your phone. Call him, FaceTime him, or text him from the truck. Any brand, any system, any skill level — and he answers in seconds, not tomorrow. ON THE JOB • Diagnose it together. Describe the symptom or send a photo, and he walks the call the way a veteran would — safety first, every time. • Read the data plate. Photograph the plate and he pulls the brand, model, tonnage, refrigerant and serial straight off it. • Check the real warranty. He looks up the manufacturer's own registration on that serial, so you know what is actually covered before you quote it. • Read a wiring diagram. Send a photo of the panel and get a clean, labeled drawing back. • Quote the actual manual. Passages from manufacturer service literature, cited to the page — not a guess. • Handle the conversation. The objections before you knock, and the words when the customer pushes back. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Hands full on a rooftop? Call him. Need him to see what you are looking at? FaceTime. Gloves on in an attic? Send one line of text. FOR CONTRACTORS Every technician performing like your best technician. The same standard on every truck, on every call, whether it is a first-year apprentice or a twenty-year veteran. An account is required to use Mike.
