Tenna, purpose-built for the construction industry, delivers real-time equipment tracking and intelligent fleet management through an intuitive mobile platform. Track, maintain, and optimize every construction asset— where it matters most: in the field. EQUIPMENT & FLEET TRACKING Live views of your entire fleet, sites, and geofences give you total visibility of your operations. See live data for equipment and vehicles that are running and even route directly to jobsites or asset locations. SCAN & UPDATE IN THE FIELD Use the in-app scanner or BLE beacon detection to update asset details and location information and manage quantities for consumable inventory. Adjust your location when scanning in areas with poor cellular coverage. COMPREHENSIVE ASSET INFO AT YOUR FINGERTIPS See pertinent asset details needed in the field, such as status, condition, assignee, hours and miles, location on live maps within site geofences, equipment maintenance status, fleet compliance and equipment inspection records, and more while adding notes and updating other info. Search and filter your asset list to find the assets you need with your on-the-go equipment management app. OFFLINE MODE FOR UNRELIABLE CONNECTIVITY Scan and store equipment tracker data, log equipment maintenance, and complete equipment inspections using Offline Mode. Your work automatically syncs to the platform when you’re connected again. RECEIVE CRITICAL ALERTS Get push notifications for asset events, driver scorecard violations and bonuses, equipment dispatch event progress, construction work order updates, equipment inspections, or equipment maintenance needs—so you’re never out of the loop. MANAGE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE Submit equipment repair requests from the field with voice memos, photos, and notes. View equipment maintenance entries, requests, and construction work order statuses for the assets you need. Mechanics can update statuses on the fly—whether in the shop or on the jobsite—logging parts inventory used, hours worked, and costs directly from the app for faster, more accurate construction equipment records. RESERVE AND DISPATCH RESOURCES Submit equipment or labor resource requests directly from the app for equipment located on another site. Dispatch Events let drivers know what, where, and when they need to move.
