Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Supla at 4.7 against Elisa Viihde's 2.8. Supla also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (36 vs 4). Elisa Viihde's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (33% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Supla holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Supla has 36 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Elisa Viihde's written reviews are positive against 0% of Supla's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Elisa Viihde ships an update every 4 weeks, Supla every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
