Marking the end is often what makes the end happen. Staying a bit longer? Extend by 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Stepping away? Start a break. All of it works from the Lock Screen. ■ Build a streak of finishing on time Days you leave on time are recorded automatically and counted as a streak, with days off skipped. It's one more reason to call it a day. ■ Notifications, at your volume Choose Off, Minimal, Standard or Custom. Beyond start and end reminders, you can set your own checkpoints through the day and a countdown before you finish. ■ Quiet on your days off Pick which weekdays you're off and the app stays silent — no notifications, no Live Activity. Finish on time a little more often.
