Clock-Out Timer keeps one number in front of you: how much of today is left. Working late usually isn't a willpower problem. It's a time-awareness problem. When the time remaining is simply there, in view, deciding to stop gets a lot easier. ■ Visible without opening it At your start time, the time left and a progress bar appear on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. There are widgets, Lock Screen widgets, Apple Watch complications and a StandBy desk clock too. You never have to open the app. ■ It changes colour as you get close Under an hour to go, it turns orange. At your end time, it says so. Past it, it turns red and counts your overtime, so you always know how far over you are. ■ End your day with one tap "Done for Today" stops today's notifications and the countdown. Marking the end is often what makes the end happen. Staying a bit longer? Extend by 15, 30 or 60 minutes. Stepping away? Start a break. All of it works from the Lock Screen. ■ Build a streak of finishing on time Days you leave on time are recorded automatically and counted as a streak, with days off skipped. It's one more reason to call it a day. ■ Notifications, at your volume Choose Off, Minimal, Standard or Custom. Beyond start and end reminders, you can set your own checkpoints through the day and a countdown before you finish. ■ Quiet on your days off Pick which weekdays you're off and the app stays silent — no notifications, no Live Activity. Finish on time a little more often.
StepLock

Put your phone down with steps, not willpower. StepLock locks the apps that pull you in and ties them to one thing: the steps you take today. Every app gets its own step count. Reach it, and that app opens until midnight. No minutes to spend, no countdown, no "5 more minutes" button. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want locked. 2. Give each one a step price — Instagram 4,000, TikTok 8,000, games 12,000. 3. Walk. An app unlocks on its own the moment you pass its number, and stays open for the rest of the day. Everything resets at midnight, so tomorrow you pay the price again. ONE RULE, NO LOOPHOLES • You can change an app's price whenever you like — but only upward. Any number below the steps you have already taken never appears in the list, so there is no lowering your way out of a lock. • Once an app opens, its price is fixed for that day. • Any setting that would change today's outcome takes effect tomorrow. ON THE MAIN SCREEN • The day's ring: your steps, your goal and how far each app still is, at a glance. • Your locked list: what has opened, and how many steps the rest need. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets — check your steps without opening the app. • History: a five-week chart, the days you hit your goal, and your streak. • Notifications when an app unlocks, and an evening nudge if your goal is still short. • English and Turkish, light and dark. PRIVACY StepLock has no server. Your step count comes from Apple Health with read-only access and never leaves your device. The apps you choose are stored as Apple's own opaque Screen Time tokens — StepLock cannot see which apps you locked. No analytics, no ads, no account, no data collection. AN HONEST NOTE StepLock is not a prison. Remove an app from the list and it is free immediately — you should not be stuck all day with something you added by mistake. The point is not to make escape impossible, but to put a few seconds of friction in front of that thoughtless first tap. Most days, that is enough. Completely free. No in-app purchases, no subscription, no ads. REQUIREMENTS iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Health permission to read your steps, and Screen Time (Family Controls) permission to lock apps.
