Hematox®, a bibliographical databank based on drug-induced blood disorders, was created in 1983 by Michel BIOUR (MD, PhD), and monthly updated in accordance with other bibliographical databases to the analysis of the references cited in the articles. All the published cases for selection and classification were re-evaluated in accordance with criterions usually validated in hematology. 1069 drugs are registered with 15126 corresponding and available references. Anticancer drugs and immunomodulators, well known for their intrinsic hematotoxicity, are not indexed in Hematox.
GeneBridge
This app helps identify clinically actionable gene variants related to complex human conditions. It provides information on gene expression, functional consequences, pharmacogenomics, and drug targets to support clinical decisions.
- Identify clinically actionable gene variants
- Analyze gene expression in relevant tissues
- Evaluate functional consequences of variants
- Access pharmacogenomics information
- Determine drug target interactions

This app offers a rapid way to weed through the numerous genes implicated in complex human conditions to help determine which may have variants likely to be clinically actionable. The goal is to offer clinical decision support by delivering information regarding if a disease-associated gene is expressed in relevant tissues, has a functional consequence when evaluated in model systems, has a pharmacogenomics variant, or encodes a protein targeted by approved pharmaceutical compounds or that directly interacts with a protein encoded by a gene with known pathogenic variants.
