“CTM Buddy” is a personalized Mobile App that allows you to enquire your CTM mobile account status and services at anytime, anywhere.  Key Features:  - Usage Checking for Mobile / Mobile Data / CTM Wi-Fi with your phone anytime - Bill checking and payment - Access to CTM Bonus Points Scheme, enquire Bonus Points record, expiry date, gift items and gift redemption - Online Applications (including Mobile, Internet, Data Roaming Service, etc.) - "Ticket Easy" for customer to check ticket status of CTM shops, draw ticket and view ticket status - CTM Wi-Fi Auto setting, resend or reset password and Wi-Fi Hotspots with map - Phone and Equipment Maintenance Status Enquiry - Enquiry on IDD, Local Phone Numbers and Data Roaming Service detailed information - Location of CTM shops - Shortcut to follow CTM Social Media Platforms - CTM promotion message.
