Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Antena 1 at 5.0 against EON TV's 2.3. EON TV's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (155 vs 1). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Antena 1 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EON TV has 155 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of EON TV's written reviews are positive against 5% of Antena 1's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
