ABCs Writer vs KCSI Mobile App

Help your child learn to write their letters the way teachers show them: one stroke at a time, starting in the right place and moving in the right direction. ABCs Writer guides every capital and little letter, number, cursive letter and even your child's own name. A pulsing green dot shows where to start, arrows show which way to go, and the path fills in as they trace. Start in the wrong spot or wander off, and that try gently fades away so they can have another go. STROKE BY STROKE • Guided tracing for A–Z, a–z, 0–9 and cursive a–z • Tap play to watch a pencil write each letter first • Three levels, from wide beginner lanes to tricky • Trace your child's name and favorite words STARS, SOUNDS AND SMILES • Up to three stars for every letter, with confetti and a cheer • "A is for apple" pictures for every letter and number • Letters and praise spoken out loud for kids who aren't reading yet MADE FOR APPLE PENCIL • Lines get thicker as you press harder • Kids can rest their hand on the screen while they write • Double-tap or squeeze the Pencil to switch tools • Works just as well with a finger, on iPad and iPhone MORE TO MAKE • Draw over any letter with crayons and magic brushes • A doodle pad on handwriting paper • Tap-to-fill coloring pages • Save favorites to Photos FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE Capital letters, drawing on every letter and number, the doodle pad and three coloring pages are free.
