Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Ajel at 4.2 against العربي الجديد's 3.1. Ajel also leads on ratings volume (558 vs 12). العربي الجديد's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Ajel holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ajel has 558 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Ajel's written reviews are positive against 40% of العربي الجديد's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Ajel ships an update every 2 months, العربي الجديد every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
