WHERE? ZGMobile allows to detect also the place where you are working. This can be done in two ways, or giving the opportunity to the employee to select the job from a list of possible places or enabled by turning on the camera in your device and allowing the employee to read a QRCode strategically positioned in place and that uniquely identifies it . For further verification of the validity of the data, are recorded the geographic coordinates of positioning. WHEN? On ZGMobile each stamping obviously contains temporal information of the moment in which it is performed. This information is obtained, if there is coverage, from an external NTP server. GefarApp è l’applicazione pensata per il Dipendente: tutti i dati e le informazioni sulla sua situazione lavorativa ora a portata di mano. Una volta effettuato il login, il Dipendente avrà la possibilità di: - Consultare, Archiviare, Stampare e condividere in qualsiasi momento, Buste Paga e Certificazione Unica (ex CUD). - Visualizzare la situazione aggiornata all’ultima busta paga, con grafico di saldo ferie, netto in busta e Tfr maturato. - Restare informato su tutte le novità in materia di lavoro che lo riguardano, e aggiornato su eventuali comunicazioni dall’azienda. L’applicazione GefarApp cambia il modo in cui le aziende offrono informazioni e servizi ai propri dipendenti, evitando di consegnare manualmente i documenti e riducendo le attività di routine. La sezione News presente nell’applicazione è visualizzabile da tutti gli utenti, mentre gli altri servizi sono rivolti esclusivamente ai dipendenti di aziende che si avvalgono della gestione paghe di Gefar.
