The clearest difference is rating: Vesti.bg at 5.0 against ТВ's 1.0. Vesti.bg also leads on review sentiment (40% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 11 months). ТВ's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
