No public IP address is needed for the IP camera, no port mapping or DDNS is needed for router configuration. It is simply enough to just key in the ID/password of the IP camera to see the video from your iPhone/iPod touch anywhere, anytime. Besides the live video viewing, remote video settings update, on-screen pan/tilt control, audio, snapshot, finger-zooming, video recording and playback are also supported. Push notification is supported as well to get you notified immediately if anything abnormal is happened.

IPVideo is the remote video application for NVR, DVR, and IP camera products. Features include remote live monitoring, digital output triggering, digital input alarm detection, camera motion detection, PTZ camera control, two-way audio communication to a camera, remote focus for auto focus camera, digital zoom. Remote playback feature can search recording for NVR or DVR. SD card recording of an IP camera can be searched and viewed. Motion and alarm events can be notified via Apple Push Notification Service. By clicking on the event, the event can be easily reviewed. PTZ features include preset recall, pan, tilt, and zoom for a PTZ, auto pan for patrol mode. More features such as camera groping views and matrix view with user authentications are supported. For compatibility with your device, please contact your hardware manufacturer or vendor.
