Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: SixString at 4.5 against Himer's 3.0. SixString also leads on ratings volume (108 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Himer's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
