5pm Project Management on Time vs FieldCollab

5pm is an easy way to manage your projects and tasks, share files and notes, collaborate with your team—all in one place. You can access 5pm from any location in your web browser, and now on your iPhone too! This app requires a 5pm account.

Plan and accomplish your interventions. Collect the activity information on progress, spendings (time), results (predefined reporting templates) and project updates. Benefit from bulk processing, search options and working in offline mode. Does a lack of organisation, structure and planning leave you feel overwhelmed and unaccomplished? Do you want to support your field workers with a tool that helps them plan, execute and report on their activities? Then we have a great solution for you. We have created a FieldCollab app with a back-office web application, connected to open DataConnect infrastructure for data exchange with other project management systems. Multilingual set up and language detector ensure the same quality of user experience regardless of the language being used by the end-user. Features How does this app benefit your organisation? Below you will find the most powerful features for both the back-office and the mobile app. Get things done (back-office) - Provide the details of the project - Set up your list of activities - Add location - Specify the start date - Define the executing team - Select a leader - Release the activities (bulk processing) - Monitor time spent and status - Mark your activities as completed Boost your productivity (mobile app) - Search the activities per project or date - Work offline - Register time spent - Send project updates - Upload (media) files - Ensure data exchange (once connected) - Monitor progress In order to use the FieldCollab app, you must have an authorized account in the back-office.
