Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Casa Solitaire at Free against Crazy 8s+'s $2.99. Casa Solitaire also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Crazy 8s+'s advantage is ratings volume (23 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 27.1). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
