Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: i Open EDOC at none against SwizzVPN's 4. i Open EDOC also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). SwizzVPN's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 10 months) and ratings volume (166 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
