Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Crónica HD at 5.0 against Cadena 3's 2.5. Crónica HD also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Cadena 3's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (16 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
