Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Hartman Connect at 5.0 against YUTorah's 3.9. Hartman Connect also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). YUTorah's advantage is ratings volume (61 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
