iKeeper enables you to easily enter and keep track of your product purchase dates, warranties, serial numbers, support contact info and more! (…and your user names, passwords, and site links too if you want) It uses iCloud to sync your data across all of your macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices, subtly indicating when a sync is in progress while ensuring uninterrupted productivity. iKeeper forms make it easy to add new products and passwords on any of your devices. For new records similar to those already created, you can save even more time by simply creating a duplicate with the current date, making any necessary modifications, and then saving it. Additionally, you can create and assign labels to organize your data. Labels are also synced across all of your devices via iCloud. Use the filter popup menu in the toolbar above the list and it will only show the records that fall within a specified number of days, or those assigned to a particular label. You can also combine both options for even greater control. Need to quickly locate a particular product or password? Type in the search field to find what you're looking for. If your list is filtered, iKeeper will search only the records that have already met your specified criteria. You can always see which product warranties and passwords are active with color-coded status dots appearing in your overview list based on the date and optional duration you can set within your records. iKeeper provides a per-device option to hide sensitive data in your product and password lists and redact it in individual records with easy disclosure on a case-by-case basis. So whether you're safe at home and want the convenience of seeing all of the serial codes of products you have purchased, user names, passwords, and PINs, or you're out in public and want to prevent someone looking over your shoulder and seeing your data, you're always in control. iKeeper also enables you to access a lot of time-saving features without even leaving the overview list. Simply select the info icon at the start of any line to display a menu of choices. For products, you can copy the serial code, call support (if you have an iPhone), email support, or visit the support website. For passwords, you can copy the password, go to the website, or even do both simultaneously. And if you’ve hidden all sensitive data in your list, you can also peek at that info in the menu for the record you have selected.
