CoCatch is the app for those who live for professional events: trade shows, conferences, industry meetings. Capture every important contact while you are still there, in a few seconds, and find them when you need them. CAPTURE ON THE FLY Did you just meet someone? Save everything right away: • name, company, role and LinkedIn profile; • one or more photos (of the person or their business card); • a voice note with your immediate impressions, before you forget them. No unreadable notes, no business cards lost in your jacket pocket. VOICE NOTES Record by voice what matters, what you talked about, what they are looking for, when to reconnect, and listen to the note again when preparing the contact. Faster than writing, while you are still in the flow of the event. ORGANIZED BY EVENT Every contact is linked to the event where you met them. Scroll through your events, open the right one and find all the people you met there. Search takes you to anyone in an instant. EVEN WITHOUT CONNECTION At a trade show or in a conference area there is almost never a network: with offline mode you can still add contacts. When you go back online, you sync them with the right event. Activate it on the fly if there is no connection, or from your profile settings. ALWAYS SYNCHRONIZED Your contacts are safe on the CoCatch platform and also available from the web, ready for your team's follow-up work. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Data encrypted in transit and at rest, on European infrastructure. You can manage and delete your account whenever you want, directly from the app. CoCatch: from the meeting to the saved contact, friction-free.
