Verdict
The clearest difference is price: DELA USB at Free against mconnect Player's $5.99. DELA USB also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). mconnect Player's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 18%) and ratings volume (80 vs 1). On ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

DELA USB is free to download; mconnect Player costs $5.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
DELA USB holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: mconnect Player has 80 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of mconnect Player's written reviews are positive against 18% of DELA USB's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
mconnect Player ships an update every 3 weeks, DELA USB every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
