Keep your cholesterol test results in one place. Enter the numbers from your lab report, compare them over time and share a summary with your doctor. Cholesterol Tracker requires a Cholesterol Pro subscription. All features below are included. The yearly subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Your test history Record total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides. The app calculates non-HDL cholesterol and the TC/HDL ratio. You can also record ApoB in mg/dL and Lp(a) in mg/dL or nmol/L. Lp(a) stays in its original units; the app does not convert between them. Edit a saved test or add notes, the laboratory name and fasting status. View trends for each marker and compare the latest result with a test you choose. Record treatment or habit changes alongside your tests. Their timing does not establish what caused a change in your results. Goals and reference ranges Enter the LDL goal agreed with your clinician. Your personal goal is separate from the general NIH reference ranges used for cholesterol zone labels. HDL labels use sex-specific cutoffs. Switch standard lipid results between mg/dL and mmol/L. Heart risk estimate (not offered in every country) Where this feature is offered, the app applies the published American Heart Association PREVENT equations (2023) to the values you entered and shows what those equations return over 10 years (ages 30 to 79) and 30 years (ages 30 to 59). This is published reference information calculated on your own figures, not a diagnosis, a prediction about you or a treatment decision. It is meant for people without existing heart disease, and nothing is shown when values fall outside the ranges the equations were validated on. This feature is not offered in the European Economic Area or Switzerland. Discuss any result with your doctor. Your next appointment Set a reminder for 3, 6 or 12 months after your last test, or choose a specific date. Share a PDF or text report for all your history, the last 12 months or the last 3 months. Your data Your health history is stored on your device. No app account is required. Export a backup to a location you choose and restore it when needed. Restoring replaces the current data after confirmation, and the app keeps the previous file on the device. Reports and backups contain health information, so choose where you save or share them carefully. The app has no ads. Subscription details • Cholesterol Pro is a yearly auto-renewing subscription, $29.99 per year after a 7-day free trial. • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. • Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Cholesterol Tracker is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Discuss your results and health decisions with your doctor.
