Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Studyplus at weekly against StuLOG's every 2 months. Studyplus also leads on review sentiment (72% vs 43%) and ratings volume (339 vs 7). StuLOG's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Studyplus sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.49 per month and StuLOG sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Studyplus has 339 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 72% of Studyplus's written reviews are positive against 43% of StuLOG's.
