Sync to the Todo.ly Cloud and access your items from your iOS devices or from any Browser. Managing Tasks and Projects can't be easier! -Tap and Hold on an item to start reordering it within the list. -Swipe left or right on a task to make it a subtask. -Assing Priorities to your tasks to focus on the most important things to do. We designed Todo.ly for intensive everyday work. Todo.ly helps you to organize your tasks into projects and sub projects. Select icons for your projects to highlight them even more. Assign due date to your tasks not to forget them. Tasks will pop into your Today list as due dates approach. Sort the tasks within the project by Due Date to see what you need to focus on. Todo.ly provides easy to use filters to only focus on the next things you need to do. Filters are designed according the famous Getting Things Done method. -Inbox: Capture quickly anything in Inbox and move them to projects or assign due dates later. -Today: shows you what you need to focus on at the moment. -Next: displays the rest of the upcoming tasks. Upgrade to Pro account if you want even more. Some of the Key features for Pro Account holders: -Collaborate with others by Sharing Projects and working on tasks together. -Add Notes to the tasks to avoid forgetting about the small details.
