Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Amtrol at 100% against Navisizer's 13%. Amtrol also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.4) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.2). Navisizer's advantage is ratings volume (26 vs 1) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
