Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: ThirdEye at none against Psychic 4U's 4. ThirdEye also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Psychic 4U's advantage is ratings volume (951 vs 39) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.
