This app lets you save and organize direct image links—such as names and URLs—using SwiftData. Each saved item can be refreshed on demand, allowing the app to reload the image from its source. The app idea is to create a simple way to view live webcam images from a city: many webcams publish still images on the web, and with their direct links the app can download and display them. Nothing prevents it from being used more generally to store any direct-link images from the web, keeping them in one dedicated place instead of the Apple Photos library. The refresh feature is most useful for images that update regularly, such as webcam snapshots. Static images will be stored as well, even if refreshing them serves no practical purpose. The app supports iCloud sync, so your saved and downloaded image links stay in sync across devices.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: PixLink at every 3 weeks against Web Images Lite's every 14 months. Web Images Lite's advantage is iOS requirement (6.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
