Golf training, a camera-based launch monitor and a 3D driving range, on the iPhone you already have. Every shot detected, the ball measured from video when it can be, your numbers read out loud, the flight replayed on the range. No buttons, no extra sensors. Free for 5 training sessions, then FG Vector Pro (annual subscription, sold in the app). HOW IT WORKS Put your iPhone on a tripod three steps behind the ball; FG Vector checks the light and talks you through the setup. Wait for "Ready to play" and hit. The app records the swing, measures the ball and tells you the result. Apart from changing clubs, you don't touch the phone. WHAT YOU NEED Daylight or good lighting (indoors into a net too), white balls, sound on (AirPods work too) and a tripod. FG Vector is a camera system: when there isn't enough light to measure the ball, it tells you. YOUR SHOT, FROM VIDEO Ball speed and launch measured from video; carry, total and apex calculated from them. Club speed and smash factor are estimates from ball speed and typical values for your club. Plus your shot shape. When the ball couldn't be measured, the shot is marked ≈ and estimated from your usual shots with that club. The numbers are made for training: follow your trends and typical carry, not single shots. DRIVING VIEW Every shot with numbers flies again on a photorealistic 3D driving range, built from its ball speed, launch, apex, carry, total and start direction. Watch from behind the golfer or follow the ball, in four seasons, with a golf course around it. Shots stay on the range even after you delete their videos. Compare clubs in your session's dispersion with flight curves; share a picture or a video of the flight. YARDAGE GUIDE FROM YOUR OWN SHOTS The typical (median) carry and total of every club, in yards or meters, with the middle half of your shots. Distances are for the balls you hit; Course ball view estimates your own ball. TRAIN WITH A PLAN A season goal, a training plan that calls out the next club, and challenges against the app. Challenges count measured shots only. APPLE WATCH AND GARMIN Numbers on your wrist; change clubs without walking back to the tripod. Apple Watch adds swing tempo and a Golf workout saved to Health, with your permission. Compatible Garmin watches show your numbers and clubs. ALSO INCLUDED • AI coach (with your consent): a short report after a training day and answers in chat. • Slow-motion video of your shots, with common swing faults the camera spotted. • Bag manager and an iron fitting guide from your 7-iron shots (train at least 3 sessions; for a complete fitting, visit a fitting studio near you). • Public profile, friends and session cards to share. • FG Lab (experimental): flight curves over the shot video (off by default) and Driving View on a TV or monitor by cable or AirPlay, on when connected, for practice into a net. • 16 languages, voice included. FREE TRIAL AND FG VECTOR PRO Download free and get 5 free training sessions with no time limit. A training session is a day with at least one real shot. No payment details needed. After the trial, recording new shots, the AI coach (daily reports and chat) and FG Lab require FG Vector Pro, an auto-renewable annual subscription sold in the app. A public profile and prize competitions are for subscribers only. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Your shot history, stats, Yardage Guide, Driving View and coach reports stay available without a subscription. Prize competitions follow the official rules linked in the app. Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way. iPhone only.
