ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

iPeng Party holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WHAALE Multiroom Player has 9 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of iPeng Party's written reviews are positive against 59% of WHAALE Multiroom Player's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

iPeng Party ships an update every 2 months, WHAALE Multiroom Player every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 28, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
