Verdict
Trulia Rentals and Tall T both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Tall T's written reviews are positive against 47% of Trulia Rentals's. Tall T also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Trulia Rentals's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
