Application for measuring IP layer throughput, intended for use with the Bluetest Reverberation Test System.

Pingly is a small, fast network tool for people who want to know what their connection is actually doing. Type in a host or IP, watch the ICMP replies come back in real time, and keep a running score on your Internet quality.
