Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Inter Official App at none against PSG Official's 2. PSG Official's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.1K vs 108). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for PSG Official against 4.9 for Inter Official App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PSG Official has 1.1K ratings behind it against 108, so its average is the more settled of the two.
