Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: SPAR University at 100% against NOS's 44%. SPAR University also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). NOS's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
