Each template has assemblies assigned to calculate the labor and materials needed for the project. Create custom templates from any project to use for future projects. The division structure organizes the natural flow of the project along with creating a checklist to eliminate forgotten tasks that are needed for the project. Pre-built smart assemblies create items on the fly and allow the creation of additional assemblies by either selecting or adding build options. Providing the client with alternate prices for specific tasks or giving optional costs for specific areas is built into the estimating structure. Company price lists are created automatically as you build estimates and can be updated electronically. Completed estimates provide a detailed material list for all team members to use as the project is being built. Bid invitations secure current prices for the materials and subcontractors which are required to build out the project while automatically populating the estimate and materials for the company price list. The project schedule is created automatically from the detail that comes out of the estimate. Assigning crew members to specific project schedules allows accurate time logging per estimated tasks and allow team members to view the schedule from any mobile device.
