Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Clicka! at 4.7 against Ape Punch's 2.8. Clicka! also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 8 months). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ape Punch sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Clicka! sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Clicka! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Clicka! has 2.9K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Ape Punch's written reviews are positive against 95% of Clicka!'s.
Ape Punch ships an update every 8 months, Clicka! every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
