lmaong allows you to compile in-depth sessions into a reviewable log of your efforts. You can track the time spent preparing and entering the flow state, the duration of continuous work, and ratings for comfort and focus maintenance, while also documenting the results and assessing their quality. Based on the recorded ramp-up times, the app plots an "entry curve" to estimate effective work output; it also allows you to adjust plans and compare them with future schedules. Income and expenses are logged separately with a running balance, making it easy to review the actual costs associated with your sessions. The results page organizes entries by quality and offers specific recommendations for future attempts, factoring in the proportion of time spent preparing and any environmental drawbacks.
